Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners operates a Planet Fitness club and is seeking a Service Desk Associate to handle front-desk duties, membership sales, and club cleanliness. You will greet members, field questions, and provide tours to prospective members while maintaining a friendly, judgment-free environment.

Responsibilities include operating the POS system, collecting balances on past-due accounts, scheduling fitness sessions, and ensuring a clean, welcoming club.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Previous cleaning/maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests on arrival and farewell on departure.
• Monitor club access for members and guests.
• Answer questions and handle complaints from members and guests.
• Provide information to prospects and give tours to potential members.
• Sell memberships and write agreements; enter new members into database.
