Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners’ Planet Fitness club seeks a Service Desk Associate to support front desk operations, memberships and facility upkeep. You will greet members and guests, manage access, process memberships and payments, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for all.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and prior customer service or sales experience, plus basic computer literacy. This role involves teamwork and hands-on cleaning duties as part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests and monitor club access.
• Answer questions and handle member/guest complaints.
• Sell memberships, write agreements, and enter new members into database.
• Operate Point-of-Sale system and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and club areas.
• Schedule and assist with fitness training sessions as needed.
