Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners, operator of Planet Fitness clubs, seeks a Service Desk Associate to greet members, assist guests, sell memberships, and maintain a clean facility. You will interact with members, manage front desk tasks, and support management.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, strong phone and interpersonal skills, and the ability to use a POS system. You'll perform club rounds, walk the floor, and help with routine cleaning and safety while upholding the brand's Judgment

Qualifications

• Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests upon arrival and say goodbye upon departure.
• Monitor club access for members and non-members.
• Answer questions and handle member and guest complaints.
• Sell memberships and enter new members into database.
• Operate Point-of-Sale system and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Maintain front desk organization and assist with scheduling fitness sessions.
• Perform daily club walk-arounds and complete checklists.
• Assist in training new staff and enforce safety and cleanliness standards.
