Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to enhance member experiences and drive new member sign-ups. You will greet guests, conduct tours, and support front-desk operations with a focus on hospitality and accuracy.

This role reports to the Club Manager and may be full-time or part-time based on business needs. The position emphasizes exceptional customer service, strong communication, and teamwork within a busy franchise environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency for check-ins, records and inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks and answer phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
• Take information calls and tours for prospective members.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member accounts.
• Address member services questions and forward to the Club Manager as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
