Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet members, assist with front desk tasks, and support member services to ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities include answering phone calls, taking tours, processing sign-ups and cancellations, and maintaining a clean club environment; this role supports the Club Manager and aims to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks.
• Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls and tours
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
