Job summary

Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet potential members and provide a superior member experience at the front desk. You will assist with tours, sign-ups, check-ins, and respond to member questions while maintaining a clean club environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

The role supports club operations and reports to Club Manager; flexible status includes full-time or part-time without supervisor duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks.
• Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls and tours.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
