Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• A passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude.
• Experience in Sales.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact professionally with members and coworkers.
• Strong listener with empathy and problem solving.
• Diplomacy in all interactions and appropriate language.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Enforcing the Judgement Free zone and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check members into the system and sign up new members.
• Take prospective members on tours and promote memberships.
• Assist members with the PF Mobile App and account updates.
• Respond to questions, escalate to management when needed.
• Complete assigned cleaning areas and keep front desk tidy.
• Promote tanning lotions and memberships and build community connections.
