Planet Fitness seeks a Customer Service Representative to greet potential members, provide a superior member experience, and drive new member sales. In this role you will support front desk operations, answer inquiries, and assist with tours and sign-ups.

Responsibilities include member check-ins, handling cancellations and BCM amenity usage, and maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment. This position offers flexibility and advancement opportunities within a supportive team.

Responsabilités

• Greet and meet potential members to provide a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks.
• Answer phone calls politely to help with questions or concerns.
• Take information calls and tours.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member accounts.
• Facilitate member services issues and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the club's neatness and cleanliness.
