Planet Fitness in Methuen, MA seeks a Member Services Representative to deliver a superior, welcoming experience to members and guests in a Judgement Free Zone. You will greet visitors, assist with sign-ups and member questions, and promote memberships and fitness journeys on the club floor.

The role offers flexible shifts, with opportunities for full-time or part-time schedules. Training is provided for CPR/AED certification and basic computer duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided)
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with questions or check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members and supporting their fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to Club Manager when needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership-related tasks such as sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transfers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Conduct prospective member calls and tours to assess needs and sign up new members.
• Execute retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Maintain regular cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities.
