Planet Fitness in Shrewsbury, MA is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to deliver a welcoming, high-quality guest experience in our Judgement Free Zone. You will greet members, assist with sign-ups and inquiries, support club operations, and help achieve sales and membership goals while upholding Core Values.

This role offers flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time shifts, on-site work, and benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) match.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsabilidades

• Greet members and guests as they enter and assist with questions or check-in.
• Assist with sign-ups, contact/billing information updates, cancellations, and transfers.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and support members on their fitness journey.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and help callers with inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of all exercise equipment and facilities.
