Job summary

Planet Fitness is hiring a Member Services Representative to deliver a superior, welcoming experience to members, guests, and prospective members. You will greet people, assist with check-ins, promote the Judgement Free Zone, and help with memberships and tours in a flexible, part-time role.

You will also handle phone inquiries, maintain clean facilities, and contribute to sales and member satisfaction goals while upholding Planet Fitness policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with questions during check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members and supporting their fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager when needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership-related tasks: sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transfers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Conduct tours for prospective members and assess their needs.
• Handle transactions accurately and maintain cleanliness of equipment and spaces.
• Maintain restrooms and common areas, following cleaning schedules.
