Planet Fitness in Waltham, MA is hiring a Member Services Representative to deliver a superior, welcoming experience in our Judgement Free Zone®. You will greet members, assist with inquiries, promote memberships, and support club operations and cleanliness through daily tasks.

The role offers both full-time and part-time shifts with benefits and ongoing training to ensure a positive member experience and strong team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests at entry and assist with questions during check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members and supporting fitness journeys while upholding club policies.
• Resolve member concerns and elevate to the Club Manager as needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership-related tasks: sign-ups, contact/billing updates, cancellations, unpaid balances, and transfers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Conduct tours and calls to prospective members and assess needs.
• Process retail transactions and drive sales.
• Regular cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities; maintain restrooms.
• Walk club areas to address safety/policy issues and maintenance needs.
