Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests in a friendly, welcoming setting. You will assist with check-ins, renewals, and inquiries while promoting the Judgement Free Zone and driving sales.

You will work a flexible schedule, participate in online and on-site training, and help maintain a clean, safe club environment that reflects Planet Fitness CORE values.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, assist with questions during check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and support members’ fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to Club Manager as needed.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.
• Handle membership sign-ups, updates, cancellations and billing changes.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Conduct member calls and tours to assess membership needs.
• Process retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Clean and sanitize exercise equipment and Recovery Zone areas.
• Keep restrooms clean, stocked, and organized following schedules.
• Perform routine safety and maintenance checks and address issues.
• Communicate effectively, build relationships, and champion CORE values.
