Job summary

Planet Fitness - Fitton Clubs is seeking a Part Time Member Services Representative for weekend/morning shifts. The role emphasizes friendly, bilingual service to members and guests, greeting visitors, answering calls, and guiding sign-ups.

You will use the POS system for transactions, address questions, and keep the front desk and lobby tidy. Ideal candidates are 18+, with a High School diploma or GED and a positive, reliable attitude.

Qualifications

• Overnight position background check required within first week of hire.
• Exceptional customer service skills; interact positively with members and coworkers.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with excellent service, answer questions, and assist with check-ins.
• Process member sign-ups, updates, and billing questions using the POS system.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and communicate events to members.
• Handle beverage or merchandise sales at point of sale.
• Ensure the lobby is clean and orderly for a superior member experience.
• Assist with badges, address changes, and member communications.
