Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative for weekend and morning shifts to deliver an exceptional, judgment-free member experience. The role emphasizes greeting members, handling front desk duties, and guiding members through sign-up processes while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate demonstrates outstanding customer service, is 18+, and can work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Overnight position requires a 7-year criminal background check within the first week of hire.
• Exceptional customer service skills; ability to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Upbeat, positive and professional attitude; punctuality and reliability.
• Obtain and maintain CPR/AED Certification within company-required time frames.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests providing exceptional customer service and make everyone feel welcome.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in, tour and sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates and events.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system.
• Utilize POS to assist with new membership cards, address changes and billing questions.
