Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Part Time Member Services Representative for weekend morning shifts. You will assist with member check-ins, answer questions, process memberships, and maintain a welcoming front desk environment.

Eligible candidates are bilingual English/Spanish, possess strong customer service skills, and meet basic requirements. The role emphasizes friendly interaction and a clean, safe gym experience for all members and guests.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills; ability to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR/AED certification must be obtained within required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in, tour and sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates and events.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system.
• Utilize POS system to issue membership cards, changes of address, and billing questions.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and lobby.
• Regular facility cleaning and upkeep of equipment, restrooms, and common areas.
• Clean exercise equipment and tanning beds.
• Stock restrooms and wet areas.
