Job summary

Planet Fitness - Fitton Clubs is seeking a motivated Member Services Representative to join the team. You will provide superior customer service to members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional “Judgement Free” member experience.

This is a part-time weekend/evening role with bilingual English/Spanish encouraged. Responsibilities include greeting members, answering phones, signing up new members, assisting with logs and updates, handling questions, and processing POS

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Applicants for an overnight position must submit to a 7-year criminal background check within the first week of hire.
• Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact with members and coworkers professionally.
• Prior Customer Service experience preferred.
• Upbeat, positive and professional attitude; punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Obtain and maintain CPR/AED Certification within required time frames.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, delivering exceptional customer service and making everyone feel welcome.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in, tour and sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system.
• Utilize POS system to assist with new membership cards, changes of address, and billing or payment questions.
