Job summary

Planet Fitness - Fitton Clubs is seeking a motivated Member Services Representative for weekend/morning shifts. You will provide a superior level of customer service to members and guests, greet and assist visitors, and help manage memberships in a friendly, judgment-free environment.

Responsibilities include front desk tasks, answering questions, handling membership sign-ups, and processing POS transactions.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged to apply.
• Exceptional customer service skills; interact positively with members and colleagues.
• Must be 18 years or older; High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification to be obtained within required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with exceptional service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check in members, tour and sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates and events.
• Respond to member questions and concerns professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the point of sale.
• Use POS system to assist with new membership cards, address changes, and billing queries.
