Job summary

Planet Fitness - Fitton Clubs is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative for weekend/morning shifts. You will greet members, assist with sign-ups, answer questions, and manage the front desk using the POS system.

This role emphasizes outstanding customer service, bilingual English/Spanish encouraged, and maintaining a clean lobby. A high school diploma is required, 18+, and CPR/AED certification within required time frames.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Applicants for an overnight position must submit to a 7-year criminal background check within the first week of hire.
• Prior Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, provide exceptional customer service and welcome everyone.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in, tour and sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates and events.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Operate POS system for transactions, membership cards, and billing questions.
• Keep front desk and lobby clean and orderly.
