Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and reliable.
• CPR/AED certification within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, delivering exceptional service.
• Answer phones and assist callers.
• Check in members, sign up new members, log amenities.
• Resolve member questions promptly and professionally.
• Process purchases at POS and manage memberships.
• Keep front desk and lobby clean and orderly.
