Job summary

Planet Fitness - Fitton Clubs is seeking a motivated Member Services Representative for weekend and morning shifts. You will provide a superior customer service experience to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a welcoming, Judgement Free environment.

Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, handling calls, onboarding new members, and processing POS transactions. A High School diploma or GED is required, and bilingual English/Spanish is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged to apply.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a positive and professional demeanor.
• Must be 18 years or older and maintain punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, delivering exceptional service and making everyone feel welcome.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in, tour and sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates.
• Respond to member questions and concerns timely and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise sales on the POS system.
• Use POS for new membership cards, address changes and billing questions.
