Planet Fitness is seeking a friendly and motivated Part Time Member Services Representative for weekend and morning shifts. You will greet members, check in, answer phones, log amenities, and support openings and events while delivering a welcoming, Judgement Free environment.

The role requires exceptional customer service, 18+ age, high school diploma or GED, and ability to pass a background check. Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged; training provided; benefits include PTO and development

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.

• Handle questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system.
• Assist with new membership cards, address changes, and billing questions.
