Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Part-Time Member Services Representative for the weekends and evenings. You will greet members, answer phones, sign up new members, and support the front desk with daily operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, provide excellent customer service and assist with questions.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries; assist with sign-ups and log amenities.
• Process purchases on POS; answer billing questions and issues.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and assist with facility upkeep.
