Job summary

Planet Fitness - Fitton Clubs in Hazle Township, PA is seeking a Part-Time Member Services Representative for weekend and evening shifts to deliver a superior, welcoming experience to members and guests. Bilingual English/Spanish is encouraged.

You will greet members, assist with check-ins and sign-ups, answer calls, and maintain a clean reception area while using the POS system for purchases and updates. CPR/AED certification and background check are required within timelines.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills; ability to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; High School diploma/GED required.
• Overnight position requires a 7-year criminal background check within the first week of hire; CPR/AED certification within required time frames.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and making everyone feel welcome.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions; check members in and sign up new members; log amenities and communicate updates.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system; assist with new membership cards, address changes and billing questions.
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean and orderly; regular facility cleaning and upkeep; maintain equipment cleanliness.
