Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative for weekend and evening shifts. You will greet members and guests, handle front desk duties, answer inquiries, and assist with signups to create a welcoming, judgement-free environment.

The role requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to work evenings. CPR/AED certification and a high school diploma are preferred prerequisites. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills; ability to interact in a positive and professional way with members and coworkers.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; CPR/AED certification within required time frames.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and provide exceptional customer service at the front desk.
• Answer phones, assist callers with questions and check members in.
• Log amenities, communicate updates and events, and assist with signups.
• Maintain front desk and lobby cleanliness and handle routine POS tasks.
• Assist with membership cards, addresses, and billing questions.
