Planet Fitness in Hazle Township, PA is seeking a Part-Time Member Services Representative to be the first point of contact for members and guests. You will handle inquiries and transactions, promote memberships, conduct tours, and support front desk operations while maintaining a welcoming, clean club environment.

This role requires on-site presence and a positive, dependable attitude. Weekend shifts and a busy environment are expected, with a focus on creating a positive member experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and professionally.
• Provide information about memberships and amenities; conduct tours.
• Assist with sign-ups, billing questions, and account inquiries.
• Check members in using POS; handle payments and cancellations.
• Maintain clean, organized club area including restrooms and gym floors.
