Job summary

Planet Fitness Mansfield is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative for weekend and evening shifts. You will greet members, check in guests, answer phones, assist with sign-ups, and help communicate events and updates to the club.

You’ll provide outstanding customer service, maintain a tidy front desk, handle merchandise and beverage sales on the POS, and support CPR/AED certification and safety where required. Bilingual English/Spanish is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and provide outstanding customer service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in, sign up new members, log amenities, and relay updates.
• Process beverage or merchandise sales on the POS system.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and assist with routine maintenance.
