Job summary

Planet Fitness Dayton is seeking a motivated Member Services Representative to join our team. You will provide superior customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, handling inquiries and transactions to ensure a welcoming, Judgement Free Zone environment.

This on-site role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, ability to operate the club's POS system, process memberships and payments, and maintain a clean, safe facility. English/Spanish bilinguals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• On-site work requirement (not remote).
• Positive, upbeat attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
• Must obtain CPR/AED certification within required timeframes.
• Must obtain tanning certification within required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests professionally and provide outstanding service.
• Assist members with memberships, tours, sign-ups, and billing questions.
• Operate the club's POS system and handle sign-ups/payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the facility throughout the shift.
