Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a motivated Member Services Representative to join our team for evenings. You will deliver friendly, professional service to members and guests, process memberships and payments, and help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment.

This on-site role requires strong communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to work evenings. Bilingual English/Spanish are encouraged to apply, CPR/AED and tanning certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• On-site work required; this is not remote
• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged to apply
• Obtain and maintain CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes
• Obtain Tanning Certification within company required timeframes

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Provide information about memberships, tours, sign-ups and promotions
• Process new memberships, cancellations and payments; assist with account inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the club and support front desk operations
