Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to provide a superior level of customer service to members, guests and prospective members, ensuring an exceptional “Judgement Free” member experience. BILINGUAL English/Spanish are encouraged to apply!

The Member Services Representative will be the first point of contact for members and guests, handling inquiries, transactions, and maintaining a clean, friendly club environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work onsite, this is not a remote position.
• Possesses upbeat, professional, and positive attitude with strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual and dependable; customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Assist with membership inquiries, changes, and billing questions; process new memberships, cancellations and payments.
• Answer phones professionally and manage front desk operations, including check-ins.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the club, restrooms, lockers and workout areas.
