Job summary

Unitus Community Credit Union is seeking a Member Services Float to deliver sales and service at multiple branch locations, call center, and virtual branch, with travel between branches required.

You will handle teller transactions, open and maintain accounts, and refer members to other products while ensuring compliance. The role backs up the Call Center and Virtual branch and emphasizes exceptional member service.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of fast-paced customer service experience in person or by phone.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with technology proficiency.
• Spanish-speaking skills preferred.
• Must be certified through NMLS and as a Notary Public in Oregon/Washington.

Responsibilities

• Assist members in opening accounts, applying for loans, and referring to other lines of business.
• Perform monetary and non-monetary transactions with accuracy and fraud awareness.
• Develop knowledge of credit union products and internal systems.
• Collaborate with staff to research and resolve questions or concerns.
• Exceed sales and service goals with a member-focused approach.
