Job summary

Unitus Community Credit Union is seeking a Member Services Float to deliver exceptional service across multiple branches, call center, and virtual branch. You will assist members with deposits, loans, and account openings while meeting sales goals and referrals.

The role requires travel between branches, solid communication skills, and experience in fast-paced customer service. Notary and NMLS certification may be required in Oregon/Washington, with a comprehensive benefits package available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in fast-paced customer service, in person or by phone.
• Ability to obtain NMLS and Notary Public in OR/WA.

Responsibilities

• Assist members in opening accounts and processing transactions.
• Provide accurate monetary and non-monetary transactions with fraud awareness.
• Promote products and services based on member needs and referrals.
• Maintain knowledge of credit union products and internal systems.
• Support call center and virtual branch as needed.
