Job summary

Members First Credit Union seeks a Float Member Service Representative I/Teller to provide excellent member service across multiple locations while helping members identify products and services that fit their financial needs.

The role requires in-branch work with availability 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, including daily travel to branch/support locations, Saturday hours, and occasional meetings or training outside normal hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating a personal computer.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with members and staff.
• Working knowledge of credit union products and services.
• Skills in Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Handle member transactions including cash, deposits, transfers, and loan payments.
• Assist members with account maintenance and changes.
• Cross-sell products using needs-based conversations.
• Maintain security, confidentiality, and accurate records.
• Support multiple branches across the designated service area.
• Attend monthly coaching and community initiatives.
