Job summary

Sound Credit Union seeks a Float Teller/Membership Service role to support members across multiple branches in the Puyallup and Bonney Lake region. You will handle transactions, build relationships, and adapt to different teams while ensuring high-quality member experiences.

The position emphasizes in-person coverage with shifts across branches, travel between locations, and opportunities for skill growth through a structured progression model and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent.
• Cash handling and retail or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to travel between branches within the North King region (Redmond, Bellevue).
• Notary and NMLS certifications are necessary for UA II level and higher and require US citizenship or permanent legal residency.
• Bondable for employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service as the first point of contact for members.
• Build relationships by understanding member needs and providing products & solutions.
• Process financial transactions accurately and maintain records.
• Solve member inquiries with curiosity and care.
• Adapt quickly to different teams and branch environments.
• Support branch success and maintain a strong member experience across locations.
