Job summary

Unitus Community Credit Union in Oregon seeks a Member Services Float who travels between branches, the call center, and the virtual branch to assist members with accounts and loans. You will leverage consultative sales and provide exceptional service while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will open new accounts, process transactions, cross-sell products, and support the team with member inquiries, maintaining strong relationships across channels.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of fast-paced customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with financial products and cross-selling helpful.
• NMLS and Notary Public certification in OR/WA required or obtainable.
• Cash handling experience preferred; Spanish-speaking is a plus.
• Reliable transportation; travel between branches required.

Responsibilities

• Assist members in opening accounts, applying for loans, and cross-selling.
• Process monetary and non-monetary transactions with accuracy.
• Develop knowledge of credit union products and internal systems.
• Collaborate with staff to resolve questions or concerns.
