Job summary

Family Security Credit Union is seeking a Floating Teller to support multiple branches with teller transactions and exceptional member service. The role requires accuracy in cash handling, knowledge of credit union products, and the ability to work across locations for daily operations.

Responsibilities include greeting members, processing deposits and withdrawals, posting payments, balancing cash, and maintaining policy knowledge. Travel to different branches is expected to meet branch needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• One year teller or cashier experience within the past five years.
• Able to travel and work at different locations daily.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and perform courteous teller transactions.
• Receive deposits and cash checks with accuracy.
• Process loan payments and balance cash drawer.
• Maintain knowledge of credit union products and policies.
• Promote credit union products and services.
• Resolve discrepancies and report to Head Teller or Branch Manager.
• Ensure teller supplies are stocked and organized.
