Job summary

Everwise Credit Union is seeking a flexible service associate who will float between service centers and support multiple branches. You will assist members with transactions, open new accounts, and operate ITM/MCC while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

The role emphasizes relationship building, cross-selling, and meeting referral targets in a fast-paced credit union environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of retail sales and/or cash handling experience preferred in financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality member service across a range of financial products and services.
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy and maintain confidentiality of member information.
• Open new accounts and support ITM and MCC operations.
• Meet referral and sales goals by identifying member needs and promoting appropriate products.
• Assist in outbound calls and prospect follow-ups; participate in special projects as needed.
