Job summary

Trumark Credit Union is seeking a Floating Member Service Representative to provide outstanding service across multiple branches. You will identify member financial needs, educate on products, process loan requests (excluding Home Equity and Mortgage), and support tellers while promoting digital tools.

Education: HS diploma required; 1 year banking experience preferred. Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed. Training and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of branch or similar banking experience.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of banking products and systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members: Provide extraordinary service while identifying their financial needs.
• Promote solutions: Educate members on Trumark’s products, services, and programs to offer tailored financial solutions.
• Handle loan processes: Complete loan applications, process requests (excluding Home Equity and Mortgage), and assist with settlements.
• Leverage technology: Demonstrate mobile and digital banking tools to enhance member experiences.
• Support the branch: Perform teller functions, resolve escalated issues, and assist as a supervisor when needed.
