Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to create a welcoming club experience for members and guests. You will greet arrivals, check in guests, share events, and resolve inquiries with professionalism.

In this role you will manage front desk tasks, process payments, schedule services, promote offerings, and assist with events, all while upholding a neat, professional front desk environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate club events, promotions, and announcements.
• Maintain a positive atmosphere that enhances the member experience.
• Address inquiries and escalate to management when appropriate.
• Answer incoming phone calls courteously and professionally.
• Process payments for club amenities and services.
• Schedule member services and maintain knowledge of hours and programs.
• Promote and sell retail products and club services.
• Support administrative and operational projects as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and assist with events.
