Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a Member Services Representative to greet members and guests, manage front desk duties, and support a welcoming club experience. You will process payments, schedule services, and communicate events and promotions to members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate club events, promotions, and announcements.
• Process payments for club amenities and services.
• Schedule member services such as tanning and hydro-massage.
• Maintain knowledge of club programs, hours, and services.
• Support daily front desk operations and adhere to policies.
• Promote and sell retail products and services.
• Assist with administrative and operational projects as assigned.
• Support club events, décor, and promotions.
