The position emphasizes strong communication, customer service, and teamwork to ensure a superior club experience for members and visitors alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 18+ years old.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Experience working with children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately per policies.
• Communicate events, promotions, and announcements.
• Maintain a positive atmosphere to enhance member experience.
• Address inquiries promptly or escalate to management.
• Answer phone calls courteously and professionally.
• Process payments for club amenities per procedures.
• Schedule services like tanning and hydro-massage.
• Maintain knowledge of programs, hours, and schedules.
• Support daily front desk operations per policies.
• Promote and sell retail products and club services.
• Assist with administrative and operational projects.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Contribute to club initiatives for member engagement.
• Keep front desk clean and organized; assist with events.
• Collaborate with team to foster a positive culture.
• Follow all policies as per Team Member Handbook.
