Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to create a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests. You will handle check-ins, inquiries, and payments, while promoting club services and events to enhance the member experience.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced gym environment. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Prior customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate club events, promotions, and announcements.
• Address inquiries and escalate to management when appropriate.
• Demonstrate professionalism and superior customer service.
• Answer incoming phone calls courteously and knowledgeably.
• Process payments for amenities per procedures.
• Schedule member services (e.g., tanning, hydro-massage).
• Maintain understanding of club programs, hours, and services.
