Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to welcome members and guests, check in patrons, and communicate club events. You will uphold a professional, customer-focused atmosphere and help resolve inquiries.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing payments, scheduling services, promoting products, and supporting front desk and administrative tasks while maintaining club cleanliness and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Customer service, hospitality or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor required.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate club events, promotions, and announcements.
• Process payments for club amenities and services.
• Schedule member services (e.g., tanning, hydro-massage).
• Promote and sell retail products and club services.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and work area.
• Collaborate with team members to support a positive workplace culture.
