Houston Fitness Partners, a Planet Fitness franchisee, is hiring a Member Services Representative to greet members, answer inquiries, and assist callers with information. The role also involves conducting tours, handling retail transactions, and supporting member enrollment.

You will maintain a clean club environment, manage basic computer tasks, and uphold friendly, energetic service. The position is on-site at Planet Fitness locations within the Houston Fitness Partners network; CPR/First Aid

Qualificações

• Superior customer service skills, 6–12 months of face-to-face experience.
• Self-starter who takes initiative with minimal direction and supervision.
• Must be punctual and dependable with a solid work ethic.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club with confidence, high-energy, and professionalism.
• Anticipate member’s/guest’s needs and respond promptly with efficient customer service while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Answer phones promptly and in a friendly manner; assist callers with information during inquiries.
• Resolve customer concerns using strong communication and problem-solving skills for a positive experience.
• Conduct prospective member calls and tours; assist with membership needs and retail transactions.
• Regular cleaning and sanitizing of the club and equipment for up to 50% of the shift.
• Answer questions regarding business procedures and policies in a customer-friendly way.
• Work at any Planet Fitness location within Houston Fitness Partners franchise.
