Qualifications

• 6–12 months of face-to-face customer service experience.
• Self-starter with initiative and minimal supervision.
• Punctual and dependable with a solid work ethic.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests with confidence and professionalism.
• Respond promptly to member needs with accurate information.
• Answer phones and assist callers with information.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Conduct member calls and tours; promote memberships.
• Regularly clean and sanitize the club and equipment.
• Explain policies clearly to customers.
• Work at any Planet Fitness location within the Houston Fitness Partners network.
