Qualifications

• Must be punctual and dependable with a solid work ethic.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club with confidence, high-energy, and professionalism.
• Respond promptly to member needs with accurate information in a fast-paced environment.
• Answer phones promptly and in a friendly manner.
• Assist callers with knowledgeable and accurate information during inquiries.
• Resolve customer concerns to provide a positive experience.
• Conduct member calls and tours to assess membership needs.
• Perform retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Regular cleaning and sanitizing of the club and equipment.
• Answer questions regarding procedures and policies accurately.
• Subject to work at any Planet Fitness location within Houston Fitness Partners franchise.
