Job summary

Houston Fitness Partners is seeking a Member Service Representative to greet members and guests, answer inquiries, and support daily club operations. You will handle retail transactions, promote memberships and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

CPR/AED certification will be pursued as part of the onboarding process. The role emphasizes customer service, reliable attendance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced Planet Fitness club.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months of face-to-face customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified before employment and maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests with confidence, energy, and professionalism.
• Respond to inquiries with accurate information in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Answer phones promptly and courteously; assist callers with information.
• Resolve customer concerns using strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Conduct member calls and tours to assess membership needs and drive sales.
