Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe seeks a Member Services Representative to greet members and guests, manage front desk operations, and deliver friendly, efficient service in a welcoming club environment.

You’ll support membership sales, check-ins, and program promotions, while promoting club amenities like tanning and group fitness. The role requires a positive attitude and reliability, aligned with Crunch service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position.
• Effective communication and strong reading/writing skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and assist with front desk operations.
• Assist with membership sales, check-ins, and product promotions.
• Promote membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, and childcare.
• Deliver on new member enrollment expectations, including guest conversion and kickoff standards.
• Checks in all members and guests per procedures; resolve issues or escalate as needed.
• Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner.
• Communicate special events to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; support events and initiatives.
