Planet Fitness is seeking a motivated Member Services Representative to join our team. You will provide a superior level of customer service to members and guests, manage inquiries, and handle memberships in a clean, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include checking members in, guiding tours, processing memberships and payments, and upholding our Judgment Free Zone standard while maintaining club cleanliness throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to work onsite (onsite role).
• Upbeat, professional and positive attitude with strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual and dependable.
• Professional, respectful, and solutions-oriented in member and employee interactions.
• Commitment to cleanliness and creating a positive member experience.
• Ability to learn and apply company cleaning policies and procedures.
• Must obtain CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes.
• Must obtain Tanning Certification within required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests professionally.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive club experience.
• Address member questions and billing inquiries promptly.
• Assist with membership information, tours, sign-ups and promos.
