Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work onsite.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Ability to handle inquiries, promotions and billing questions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, deliver a positive club experience.
• Process memberships, cancellations and payments using the POS system.
• Answer phones professionally and assist with tours and sign-ups.
• Promote membership options and current specials.
